Limestone Lodge is more than just a boutique hotel — we’re the product of a passion project rooted in love for our community, dedication to thoughtful design, and a commitment to offering every guest a stay that’s as comfortable, inspiring, and unique as the building itself.
A Legacy Reimagined
Our journey began in the fall of 2021 when we purchased a stunning, 125+ year-old building on Sabetha’s historic Main Street. Once a fading gem, we saw its potential to become a luxury lodging destination that could serve both leisure travelers and business professionals seeking something more than the ordinary.
Starting in 2022, we began a full renovation — down to the studs — rebuilding every inch with brand-new plumbing, electrical, windows, doors, and finishes that reflect both modern convenience and rustic charm. The result? A completely reimagined space that honors its past while delivering the best in boutique hospitality today.

Every cabin room and apartment suite at Limestone Lodge tells a story. Meet the Family Behind Limestone Lodge
Hello, we are a family of six with a heart for hospitality and a passion for creating meaningful lodging experiences right here in our beautiful, friendly town of Sabetha. Limestone Lodge is more than a business to us — it’s a way to welcome travelers into our community with the kind of care and comfort we’d want for our own family.
Ryan works as an engineer for a local process and manufacturing company, which occasionally takes him out of town. Amber, a former nurse turned stay-at-home mom, began homeschooling our four energetic boys in the fall of 2020 — a journey that continues to shape our lives and priorities.
While our days are full of family life, community involvement, and kids’ activities, we remain flexible and committed to supporting our guests however we can. Whether you're here for a short visit or an extended stay, it means the world to us that you chose Limestone Lodge.
