Limestone Lodge operates without a traditional lobby or onsite receptionist. Instead, we offer a fully contactless self check-in experience for your convenience and privacy. Guests receive a unique smart lock key code that provides secure access to both the building and their room. Key codes are active only during your reservation window, ensuring both safety and peace of mind throughout your stay.

Is housekeeping provided during my stay?

No, Limestone Lodge does not provide housekeeping during a short-term stay. To respect guest privacy and comfort, housekeeping is not automatically provided during your reservation. However, for extended stays or special requests, housekeeping services can be arranged in advance. Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries are always available upon request—we’re happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Are pets allowed at Limestone Lodge?

No, pets are not allowed. We love animals, but Limestone Lodge is a pet-free property to help ensure a clean, allergy-friendly space for all guests. Additionally, as we're located on downtown Main Street, there isn’t a dedicated outdoor area for pets to relieve themselves. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide a comfortable and well-maintained environment for everyone.

Is smoking allowed at Limestone Lodge?

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a fine. For your convenience, an ashtray is located in front of the building. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Does Limestone Lodge have free parking?

Yes, parking is free. Limestone Lodge is located on Main Street, so all parking is public and available on a first-come, first-served basis. There’s typically plenty of spaces nearby, and no permits or fees are required.

Why does Limestone Lodge need both my phone number and email address? Will my information be used for marketing emails?

Limestone Lodge requires your phone number and email to effectively communicate important details about your reservation — like self check-in instructions, house rules, and critical announcements such as inclement weather. Your contact information is used exclusively for your reservation to ensure a smooth guest experience. We kindly ask that you provide a valid email and phone number you actively use, rather than a throwaway or unused account. This helps us make sure you receive everything you need before and during your stay. Rest assured, we do not send marketing emails, and your information is never sold or shared.

What rooms are best for families or guests who are traveling in groups?

For families or groups, we recommend the Comfort Cabin or either of our upstairs apartment suites — the Executive Suite and Presidential Suite. These spacious accommodations offer multiple sleeping options, including pull-out couches and full kitchens, making them ideal for longer stays and group travel. The Comfort Cabin also features a Murphy bed and cozy living areas, while the apartment suites provide private bedrooms and larger shared spaces perfect for relaxing together.

What rooms are best for guests who cannot climb stairs? Does Limestone Lodge have mobility friendly rooms?

For guests who prefer or require a stair-free option, we recommend the Cadence Cabin, thoughtfully designed on the main level for maximum accessibility. The Comfort Cabin could also work for your situation, as it has a King Loft Bed, but a Queen Bed on the main level. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to restore character and functionality to our downtown building!

Does Limestone Lodge have an elevator to the upstairs apartment suites?

Due to the unique layout of our 125+ year-old historic building, Limestone Lodge does not have an elevator. Our apartment suites are located on the second floor and are only accessible by stairs from a seperate main street entrance. For guests who prefer or require a stair-free option, we recommend the Cadence Cabin, thoughtfully designed on the main level for maximum accessibility. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to restore character and functionality to our downtown building!

Does Limestone Lodge require any type of security deposit?

Limestone Lodge does not collect a traditional security deposit; however, we do pre-authorize a $100 hold on your credit card at the time of check-in. This temporary hold is not a charge and will automatically release after your stay, provided there are no damages or extra cleaning needed. It’s simply a standard precaution to help ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests.

Does Limestone Lodge offer early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, if we are able to. Limestone Lodge is happy to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests within reason and when availability allows. The earliest we can allow check-in is 1:00 PM — anything earlier would require booking the night before to guarantee room readiness. For late check-outs, requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, preferably at the time of booking, as we’re unable to honor last-minute extensions. Because we’re a small, independent lodge with a tight turnaround for cleaning, we appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to accommodate your needs!

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in at Limestone Lodge begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. These times ensure we can prepare each room with the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

What is the cancellation policy at Limestone Lodge?

Cancel at least 5 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 2 days in advance to receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.

What is the payment policy at Limestone Lodge?

Our standard payment schedule requires a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure reservation. The remaining balance will automatically be charged on day of arrival.

What rooms have loft beds? 

Our Cozy and Comfort Cabin rooms feature loft-style beds accessed by stairs, offering a unique and charming layout.

Does Limestone Lodge have any rooms with a private bedroom?

For those preferring private bedrooms, our Executive and Presidential Suites provide apartment-style accommodations with separate sleeping quarters.
